Katie was a giant of our craft and family to everyone on our stage. A veteran Foley artist best known for The Bourne Supremacy, she walked some of the biggest films of our time — from The Pacific to Spider-Man, Terminator to Frozen, Hunger Games to Sinners. If you've been to the movies in the last few decades, you've heard her footsteps.

Her Emmy for The Pacific was only the official recognition of what every mixer, supervisor and artist who shared a stage with her already knew: she was simply one of the best to ever do it. Her ears, her timing and her generosity made everyone around her better — and her work continues to amaze crowds and supervisors alike.

We were thrilled to have her on board, and we were lucky — truly lucky — to walk beside her. Every step we take on this stage carries a little of hers in it.
